ABOUT THE ARIZONA NEURODIVERGENT NETWORK

Finding the right support for a neurodivergent brain is really hard. Finding people who actually get it is even harder. We aim to fix both, right here in Arizona. We’re built by, and for, the neurodigvergent community. One network, with two sides, that hold each other up and make each other stronger.

FOR PROVIDERS

Coaches, therapists, evaluators, educators, and other professionals who serve the neurodivergent community. Members get peer connection, professional development, and a trusted local referral network.

Providers also get to be part of the community side. That means showing up at events, meeting the people they serve outside the office, and getting opportunities to lead workshops and talks.

FOR THE COMMUNITY

Neurodivergent adults and the people who care for them. Diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out, you belong here. Affordable support groups, events, and a place where no one needs you to explain yourself.

Expect a mix of hanging out and leveling up: social meetups, learning sessions with local providers, and real resources from people who get it. Come for the support, stay for the friends.

WHO WE ARE

We're Ron Capalbo and Meredith Carder, two neurodivergent ADHD coaches who work with kids, teens, adults, and families every day.

In our work, we kept seeing the same thing. People who felt alone, with not a lot of guidance on where to go next. Arizona has some amazing providers in the neurodivergent space, but most of us are working in our own lanes. Imagine how much more effective we would be with a place to meet and support one another? Imagine if the people we serve had that too, a place to find their people and stop feeling like they’re the only one’s struggling?

Well, we’ve built one. The Arizona Neurodivergent Network is the local community we wish had existed all along. A place for real connection, real support, and real people, right here at home.

OUR MISSION

To build connection and access for the neurodivergent community by supporting the professionals who serve it and by creating affordable spaces for neurodivergent individuals and caregivers to find support and each other.
